We are a 2 minute walk to the river and shops of St.Ives. It is just a ten minute walk to St Ives’s famous ‘Guided Busway’, where regular buses will whizz you into Central Cambridge in less than 40 minutes

This is situated in the grounds of a three acre smallholding, overlooking the field with ponies grazing, this accommodation will give you a peaceful break in the countryside, whether you are taking a break, seeking accommodation for visiting relatives or on business. The apartment has its own discreet entrance but can be used together with the first floor apartment for a family of four as there is an inter-connecting door.

Half an hr from Stamford & Rutland Water and only 10 mins from small market town of Uppingham. Everything you require for a relaxing stay. All pubs, restaurants are in walking distance. It’s a 3 minute walk or so to Biggleswade Train Station which takes 34 minutes to London Kings Cross. Local town markets on Wednesday and Saturday. If your driving, then it takes 7 minutes from the A1M motorway. Please note you will find some personal items of mine in the flat as I live here too when not working away from home. I do not stay at the flat when guests are there.
