Comfortable furnishings throughout, the master bedroom has a postrepedic king sized bed & views of the water. The second bedroom has a comfortable queen bed. There is also a small public jetty in front. Walk or ride anywhere! Maybe catch the train to Victor or cruise the river. Everything is a few hundred meters!

Seaspray at Goolwa Beach is a well loved family beach house - 2 storey house with 5 bdr, 3 bth, separate living areas, reverse cycle AC, family room with pool table and is approximately 250m from magnificent Goolwa beach. There is ample parking for 4+ cars. Both front/back yards are lawned for plenty of play space, and backyard is fenced. Outdoor settings on front balcony and back porch. WIFI provided.

Its location is simply perfect, wake up and enjoy a stroll along the cliff tops, a coffee at local Cafes or a meal at the ever popular Flying Fish cafe.

Goolwa Beach House pet friendly walk to main beach

Perfect location for summer or winter, 350 metre walk to the beautiful Goolwa beach. Modern, airy and clean, with new beds, quilts, blankets and pillows supplied (MUST PROVIDE OWN SHEETS AND TOWELS). Includes lounges set up for comfort and ease. Large rear deck and fully fenced back yard. We love to travel and have set up our beach house with all the things we think you need for a great break. Natural Light filled Holiday home, No Dogs allowed !, Free Wi-Fi, a short walk to the beach, wave to the Steam Ranger from the back deck , walking distance to the Middleton Tavern, Bakery, Surf Hire and Whale watching during the season.
