Kom genieten van deze vrijstaande moderne woning met prachtig uitzicht op de Reeuwijkse plas Elfhoeven. Een fijne rustige plek aan het water, natuur in overvloed met een mooi wandel- en fietsgebied naast de deur, het gezellige Gouda vlakbij en verschillende grotere steden op 30 a 45 minuten met auto of trein. Amsterdam can easily visit by train. This only takes you a 10 min walk and 25min train to Amsterdam Central station !

Wake up in the morning to the sound of birds and the rooster, yet within 20 minutes you're in the heart of Utrecht either by car or bus or tram, busstop at 2 minutes walk, a 10 minutes walk to the shopping centre and to the old town. Bikes are available to use.

Located at the waters edge lies Dijkcottage. This 6-person thatched cottage offers plenty peace and quiet. The cottage includes a fenced garden, right on the water where you can catch fish. Dijkcottage is located on a park called 'De Poldertuin' and because of its location it provides complete privacy.
