Cozy Casita in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. California King bed sleeps two comfortably. 50 inch TV has cable, Netflix, DVD player with assortment of movies. Keurig coffee pot, fridge and microwave. Dining table inside. Outdoor seating opens to peaceful, scenic backyard. Parking available in the driveway. Park to the left of 2 car garage. Our Casita is a modest room that we have done our best to make comfortable for travelers who want an alternative to an impersonal hotel. No pets allowed.

With that I have created a space that offers both the ability for some peace and quiet, being nestled in a quiet community, however you are just down the street from some of the busiest restaurants and bars in town. Pickleball set is for guests to use! Smart speaker in the room for you to listen to music or use white noise! They are completely private spaces, so you have your own private entrance, space, room and bathroom with a shared backyard

Located in a quiet, family-oriented, neighborhood close to shopping/malls, restaurants, highways and Gilbert's trendy downtown area. Less than 30 min. to PHX Sky Harbor airport and downtown Phoenix, including MLB spring training baseball fields. Driveway parking, private entrance, private kitchenette, bathroom, and walk in closet. Space has a Queen Bed in the Bedroom and an optional Queen Air Mattress and pack and play provided. Wifi, TV and Roku included for streaming. Personal AC and heater.

Our beautiful single level open concept home makes gatherings functional and comfortable. 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 2 living room areas, 2 dining areas and a large kitchen make for plenty of room to spread out. The back yard has a fully covered patio with fenced pool, BBQ area and outdoor fireplace. Across the street is a park for the little ones. Enjoy some friendly competition on the table shuffleboard, game console with 50k+ preloaded games, or a round of golf at the neighborhood course.
