동촌재는 경복궁과 서울의 중심인 광화문 광장과 아주 가까운 서촌마을에 위치합니다. 안채(Anchae), 사랑채(Sarangchae), 별채(Annex Room)로 구성됩니다. 1939년에 건축된 동촌재는 화려한 한옥은 아닙니다. 서울시와 정부(한국관광공사)가 전통한옥으로 인정하였습니다. 동촌재는 정년퇴직한 부부가 자택을 개방하여 2020년 10월부터 운영하고있습니다. 게스트는 객실 4실, 거실(대청마루), 주방, 화장실 2실(내부:샤워 가능, 외부:협소하지만 샤워 가능), 누마루, 마당을 이용합니다. 호스트는 사랑채(Sarangchae)에서 거주하면서, 조식 등 서비스를 제공합니다. (※사랑채는 게스트가 머무는 안채와는 출입문이 다르고,완전히 구분되는 공간임) 동촌재에서 전통한옥의 고즈넉한 아름다움과 향기를 듬뿍 느껴보세요. 감사합니다. ※동촌재는 세이프 스테이 캠페인에 참여하는 합법적인 숙박시설입니다.

🫶내가 살던 한옥집🫶 안녕하세요, 북촌다락방입니다:) '생활이 담긴 집' 북촌다락방은 저희 가족이 거주하던 오래된 전통한옥입니다. 숙소제공을 위해 집을 사서 짓거나 새로 수리한 집이 아닌, 1920년대 지어진 집에 흙과 천연재료로 수리하며 저희 가족이 살던 '진짜 집'입니다. '하나뿐인 소품' 지내시는 동안 사용하실 물건은 대부분 '북촌다락방에서만' 볼 수 있습니다. 이불, 커튼, 그릇, 테이블, 화분 등 거의 모든 것들을 주문제작 혹은 직접 만들었습니다. '100년된 한옥' 요즘은 잘 볼 수 없는 '고재' 한국소나무(춘양목)의 빛깔을 느껴보세요. 햇살이 비출 때 특히 아름다워요. 한옥호텔처럼 편리를 위하여 새로 지은 집이 아니기에 약간 불편하실 수도 있지만 생활과 추억이 깃든 공간에서 전통한옥을 경험해보세요. <주변이 주택지이다보니 떠들썩한 파티보다는 힐링과 전통체험을 찾으시는 분들께 추천합니다>

-only for women guest. couple and familly are possible- This place is located in the center of Seoul but It is a secluded small town not like Seoul. If you walk up a few steps to the alley, you can arrive mountain valley where squirrels and salamanders live. Historical sights of Korea, Gwanghwamun, Gyeongbokgung palace, Seokchon, Bukchon can be easily visited. (about 15~20 min by bus.) In the evening, you can stay away from the noise of Seoul.
