Welcome to Dreaming Out Loud, a cozy and creative retreat for musicians, writers, and dreamers nestled in the woods at BUNKIE LAND. Strum your guitar on the deck, write poetry by the fire pit, or sip your morning coffee in peace. The cabin features a double loft bed, a sofa bed on the main floor, and a kitchenette with coffee essentials, air fryer, and toaster for no-fuss meals. Shared outdoor washrooms are close by. Let the stillness of the forest and the magic of BUNKIE LAND reset your rhythm.

Courtyard Cottages by the Sea

Nestled in St. Margaret’s Bay, this private getaway features three side-by-side cottages with a private courtyard and beach access. Perfect for families, or groups! Enjoy the shared oceanfront sauna, pet-friendly stays, and stunning views. A total of 3 Full Kitchens, 8 bedrooms, and 6.5 bathrooms. Welcome to the hAge of Aquarius, a newly constructed log cabin with open concept and vaulted ceilings, featuring all the essential amenities and a few extra added in. The cabin provides a cozy space to curl up with your favourite book in front of the fire, or the perfect setting to relax after a day of hiking, with the High Head trail at your front door. Enjoy the private deck with the sounds of the ocean and the visiting wildlife. Located in Prospect,20 min to Halifax and Peggy’s Cove.

Quiet, ocean decorated cottage with all new bedding and blankets, new deck off the living room. Star Gazer Chalet

Experience a stay like no other at Stargazer Chalet! Perfect for relaxation, this unique retreat comes with a telescope for stargazing and a cozy loft featuring a queen bed and a unique catamaran net. Unwind on the net while soaking in stunning lake views, or enjoy the same breathtaking scenery from the lower level. Stargazer also includes a fire pit with Adirondack chairs, an outdoor cooking area, and a couch that converts into a bed, making it ideal for families, couples, or friends.

Middle Lake Retreat *with hot tub*

My cottage is very modern and unique; it sits on a private 5 acre lot surrounded by woods overlooking Middle lake with stunning sunrises. Enjoy being engulfed by nature with the comfort of everyday amenities including a hot tub and even an arcade with over 800 retro games! The dock and canoe at the lake are available for use during the summer months but will be removed in October until spring. Ski Martock/Ontree, Bent Ridge Winery are within a 10min drive from Chalet Hamlet.

Peaceful oceanside cottage

Longing to be on the ocean? You won’t get any closer than here. This historic cottage is perched on the edge of a lovely, quiet cove in St. Margaret’s Bay. Watch the boats pass by your window or bring your own and anchor it within view. There are many beautiful walking areas and a small beach nearby, and we are conveniently located 15 mins from Hubbards, 30 mins from Chester, 45 mins from Halifax and Mahone Bay and within an hour from Lunenburg and Peggy’s Cove.

Lakeside Getaway Fox Point Cabin

Enjoy the tranquility of Fox Point Lake at our cozy Hubbards cabin! With 1 bedroom, a sofa bed, 2 trundle beds, and a bunkie that sleeps 3, there’s space for everyone to unwind. The main level is a semi-finished garage with 2 additional beds, a concrete floor, and a large projection screen for unforgettable movie nights. Sleeping 12 with 1.5 baths, it’s ideal for groups. Please note: the bunkie has no electricity or heat and is closed Nov 1–May 1.
