Located on the outskirts of an old fishing village, nestled in the rocks itself between the roaring sea and the quite canal. Its close to the ocean and in between you find a landscape typical for the region, raw, beautiful and surreal. I Ale kommun finns det golf, vandringsstigar, cykelvägar, paddlingsmöjligheter, fiskevatten mm.

Hyr vår helt nyproducerade lgh på mysiga Klevudden i Smögen. 100 m. till klipporna och 100 m. bryggan ligger vår 3:a med många bäddar och en stor balkong med havsutsikt. Från Kleven tar det ca 5 min promenad till Smögenbryggan. Saker som finns i lgh och ni är fria att använda är: täcken, kuddar, filtar, tvättmaskin, torktumlare, hårtork, diskmaskin, Webergrill, tv. P-plats finns under huset med hiss upp till lgh. Inga husdjur, ej rökning och inga "partygäng". Åldersgräns 30 år.

Öppen planlösning kök, matrum och vardagsrum. Matrummet, med sina 12 fönster mot syd, väst och nord har öppet upp till nock och plats för 8-12 personer. Två sovrum varav ett med dubbelsäng och det andra med 120 cm våningssäng. Leksaker och barnmöbler finns. Nära bad.
