Ellergill House Barn is a Grade II Listed building in a scenic, rural location in the Yorkshire Dales National Park. The barn has spectacular views all around. It dates from the early 19th century and was lovingly restored in 2019. The Boskins provides luxury 2 bedroom accommodation. Both bedrooms can be used as doubles or twins making the Boskins the perfect setting for families or groups of friends. The open plan kitchen, dining and living area leads out to a south facing terrace and garden.

This accessible two bedroom accommodation is in Grassington in the Yorkshire Dales. There are two ensuite bedrooms, one with full accessibility. The whole place is on one level. Both bedrooms have zip and link king size beds, which can be split into single beds on request. The bedrooms have ensuite facilities, one is accessible This new build has underfloor heating and is warm & cosy. There's a large patio and a garden to enjoy during your stay. It can comfortably cater for couples, a small family or a group of friends wanting to relax or explore the amazing surroundings. The cosy lounge has exposed beams and a wood burning stove. A fully fitted kitchen provides you with everything you need. There is also a pretty garden with a seating area overlooking the fields and fells and the village pubs and cafes are a 10 min walk away.

Lucy Barn is a recently converted barn in center of the village. It is a "quirky" building finished in a unique style that combines well appointed accommodation with an industrial style. It is extremely convenient for the restaurants cafes and pubs and the large windows overlook the village square - ideal for people watching. It is super insulated with more than adequate heating. There is also a log burner for that "cosy evening feel". Ideal for a walking or cycling stay or a place to chill.

The studio is situated at the rear of a Victorian terrace within the owners garden. There is an outdoor flagged area for guests with sheltered seating for 2. There is a permit parking space at the front of the cottage. Several early morning opening cafes are close by and Marks and Spencers Simply food is just around the corner.

The Chicken Shed at Knowle Top was newly built in 2019 on the ruins of an old barn and decorated to the highest standards of industrial chic. Situated in a most unique location, high on the Ribble Valley side of Lancashire’s iconic Pendle Hill, it sits surrounded by sheep pastures where hare and fox come to say good-night.
