Easy access to activities, a peaceful night’s rest, a book by the pellet stove or create new memories around the fire pit, enjoying s’mores with friends and family!

Mara’s House is part of the Twin Peaks Rentals property located in the San Juan Mountains in Lake City, Colorado. The house is located only a short walk away from shops, restaurants and historic buildings, churches and movie theater. Mara’s House has cable tv, WiFi, washer and dryer. But let me encourage you to get out and take a stroll and see what Lake City is all about.

Grimes Creek runs behind it during spring and early summer. The creek is great for digging up worms for fishing or collecting in your bucket! Gaze at the Milky Way and roast s’mores! The Keva contains washer, dryer, chairs, bikes & hammocks. Volleyball also available.

The Gowdy Suite 1 is located on the ground level with private entrance and screened porch. The bedroom consists of a king size bed and 32 inch TV, the kitchen has all standard necessities and then some, the living area has a couch a chair recliner and a 42 inch TV. The bathroom has a shower and blow dryer and extra towels. OHVs are only allowed to travel on Hwy 149 from June 13th until September 30th
