A Loft amongst the Gum Trees

Please note owners are onsite adjacent to guest accomadation. Located only a short 7 min drive west of Apollo Bay along the iconic Great Ocean Road and nestled amongst the gum trees. It is a rare day when you won’t spot a koala on the property. The Loft is spacious and adjacent to our family home. It is located above our shed, with private access and courtyard at the rear. The property is full of wildlife along with our animals... sheep, chickens and our dogs Honey and Cleo and cat Spot!

Welcome to our cosy shed, couples will enjoy their stay and all that this exceptional area has to offer. Amazing beaches, wildlife, great eateries and all the sights and wonders of the Great Ocean Road just there for your pleasure. The local Koala community is on your doorstep and hand feeding the King parrots is a perfect way to start your day. The beach is a gentle 5 minute stroll away, sunrise is breathtaking from here, or lie in and let the rolling hills greet you in the morning.

Slow down, switch off and get back to nature. With ocean and forest views and a tranquil wilderness setting, "Moonlight View" cottage near Johanna Beach is a perfect resting place for Great Ocean Road travellers and holiday-makers. This 2 bedroom self-contained cottage with balcony, is attached to my owner-built bluestone home on a 5-acre piece of paradise. The Otway National Park edges the property, creating a lovely atmosphere of seclusion and peace, also enjoyed by birds and wildlife.

Escape to Sunnyside

Sunnyside is located just off the Great Ocean Road approximately 15 minutes from Apollo Bay. A fully private and self-contained loft studio offers panoramic views of the Southern Ocean and sits in amongst the Otway rainforest treetops. The property has over 10 acres to explore; an olive grove, an orchard, a mature oak forest and stunning walkways combining both pasture and native surroundings. You may even be lucky enough to meet our resident Koala! A one-of-a-kind experience awaits.

Bimbi Park is in Cape Otway, the center of the Great Ocean Road and Walk, an area of magnificent forests, beaches, secluded bays, and spectacular coastline. It is sheltered among tall manna gums far away from the wearing noise of towns and traffic. The park is full of native wildlife, including koalas, echidnas, wallabies, kangaroos, and birdlife. Accommodation to suit all budgets from campsites, powered campsites, on-site vans, bunkrooms, camping pods, standard and deluxe cabins.

Welcome to Seahorse Retreat, a boutique style accommodation suited to couples or solo adventurers. If you are looking for a really relaxing piece of paradise by the sea, to unwind or chill for a bit, then this is it! You can hear the sounds of the waves crashing upon snapper rocks from the apartment, or while you are having a bath on the deck.
