Secret Cabin Hvítárdalur

Perfect stay for exploring south Iceland and enjoy nature and the northern lights in winter. Beautiful cabin by the river Hvítá in a prime location in the Golden Circle. Near Gullfoss and Geysir and only 100 km to the capital city Reykjavík. The cabin can accommodate 2-4 persons. One bedroom with beds for two people. In the living room there is a pull-out sofa for two persons. The kitchen is fully stocked. The bathroom has a shower and the laundry room has a washing machine and a dryer.

The "Old house" is in the center of evrything on Southwest part of Iceland. You have Geysir and Gullfoss about 40min away, the Seacret lagoon 10min and Friðheimar the tomato farm 35min away. The national park Þingvellir is about 45min from us also. Mt.Hekla is in plain sight and the river Hvítá, glaiserriver from the waterfall Gullfoss runs by the house.

A Beautiful Cottage Close to Geysir

This Unique Summer House was finished in 2010. This location is in one of the best vacation areas in the country. It is in the middle of the famous Golden Circle Route. The house was built to reflect the Icelandic landscape and complement the small vegetation of moss and trees in the old lava-field. It is a beautiful little gem within a great area of the country. 10 minutes to Geysir 20 minutes to Gullfoss 20 minutes to Skalholt 30 minutes to Kerid 40 minutes to Thingvellir

Our newly renovated cottage is in the centre of the golden circle overlooking the Tungufljót river. There are spectacular views of the surrounding mountains and glaciers from the house. The house is a perfect base from which to explore the fantastic sights the golden circle and the surrounding area has to offer. All the main attractions such as Geysir (less than 10 mins drive), Gullfoss (under 20 min) and Thingvellir (about 40 min) are easy to get to from the cottage.

Beautiful Luxury cabin located only 1 min drive from world-famous Geysir and it is also a short drive to Gullfoss The cabin is located on a large private ground where you can enjoy Strokkur (the only active Geysir in Iceland) from the cabin. The space 3 bedrooms. The living room and the kitchen make an open area with a high ceiling with a comfortable lounge area with fireplace. All bed linen, towels, soap etc is provided. Cozy little place on the golden circle

My cozy little place is a 22m² apartment with a private entrance, located in a family house in Flúðir. It's small, suitable for two people but might get crowded for more. With a well-equipped kitchen and basic amenities provided. To the secret lagoon is just a 1-minute drive or a short 5-minute walk. Mountains surround Flúðir, and you get a good view of the countryside in the yard. This accommodation is well located on the golden circle.

Lítið snyrtilegt hús í fögru umhverfi. Eldunaraðstaða með ísskáp og vaski. Baðherbergi og sturta í sér herbergi. Gott hús fyrir einstakling eða par. Hitað með rafmagni og er hlýtt og snyrtilegt. Sundlaugar í 10km fjarðlægð, bæði á Flúðum og Reykholti. Verslanir bæði í Reykholti og Flúðum . Þegar þannig viðrar er mjög gott að sjá stjörnur og norðurljós.Velkomið að ganga um skóginn sem er allt um kring með stígum. Frá Selfossi 45 km.
