Άλκηστις, μια ανάσα από την Θάλασσα, Ισόγειο

Τo διαμέρισμα Άλκηστις που βρίσκεται στο ισόγειο, είναι ένα μοντέρνο, ανακαινισμένο, αυτόνομο διαμέρισμα με μαγευτική θέα και σε απόσταση 30 μ. από την παραλία και τις ιαματικές πηγές. Το διαμέρισμα του υπερυψωμένου ισογείου φιλοξενεί δύο έως τρία άτομα. Ο χώρος βρίσκεται στο λιμάνι του Ευδήλου της Ικαρίας, πάνω στον δρόμο που οδηγεί στον λιμενοβραχίονα του Ευδήλου 350 μ. από το σημείο που προσεγγίζει το πλοίο της γραμμής. Η θέση του προσφέρει απεριόριστη θέα, και υποδέχεται τις πρώτες ακτίνες της Ανατολής του ήλιου καθιστώντας τον πολύ φωτεινό μέχρι τις πρώτες απογευματινές ώρες. Βρίσκεται πολύ κοντά στο δημοτικό parking και στην μαρίνα του λιμανιού. Απέναντι ακριβώς από την είσοδο του χώρου υπάρχει μικρή παραλία που χωρίζεται από τον δρόμο.

Seafront house at Kampos beach of Ikaria

The house is located literally on the beach. The ground floor was built in the end of te 19th century and it is made of stone like most ikarian houses of that period. It is consisted by a spacious kitchen and living room and a small bathroom. At the back yard, there is an outdoor staircase leading to the first floor, in which there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. The front yard and the balcony have a fantastic view of the sea. The house is ideal for four guests.

Loukoulos' Blue maisonette

The traditional colourful house is located over a cliff, which provides it with an excellent seaview. The surrounding green garden is commoned with two other houses. Getting down the cliff through our stairs will get you in the main sandy beach of Votsalakia village. So you could be swimming in two minutes, after your wake up. Very close to us is the down town of Votsalakia village(0.7km). Furthermore many beautiful beaches are closer than 1km.
