The flat location is suitable both for those who like to have a panoramic walk or for those who rather prefer to take the car to explore the area. Principality of Monaco is 4 minutes away by car, while it takes 20 minutes to reach the border on foot. The Nice international airport is 35 mins away by car (34 km). A great transportation option to/from the airport is the Airport Express bus (# 110) which connects both Nice airport terminals to Menton and makes a stop 1 minute walking distance from my flat. The Bus #100 stops 1 minute from the flat (4 Chemins roundabout) and goes from Menton to Nice, passing through Monaco. PARKING --> The garage is a great plus of my flat as parking on the street in this area is quite difficult. It is very easily accessible from the main road and it is connected to the flat through an elevator. Garage size: 4.9m (length) X 2.8m (width) x 1.85m (height).

Passez à l'heure d'été et découvrez à pied les boutiques, les restaurants les plages et le port. La gare SNCF est située A 200 m, et l'arrêt de bus a 300 m (ligne 100) toutes les 15 minutes à direction de Nice ou Monaco Avertissement, certaines règles de copropriété doivent être respectées, pas de fêtes ou de musique forte après 22h30. La porte de l'appartement se ferme automatiquement, assurez-vous de garder les clés en main lorsque vous quittez les lieux. À votre départ à la fin de votre séjour, assurez-vous que toutes les serviettes usagées soient laissées dans la baignoire. Le lave-vaisselle et le réfrigérateur devront être vidés ainsi que les poubelles qui seront ensuite descendues dans le local poubelle situé au -1 de l'immeuble ( porte à droite de l'ascenseur). Les cartons et les plastiques pourront être placés dans les poubelles jaunes. L'appartement devra être rendu dans un état de propreté convenable. Le coin cuisine devra être laissé comme à l'arrivée. Les serviettes (1 grande, 1 moyenne et 1 invité) sont fournies par personne et par semaine, mais il est possible de fournir des sets supplémentaires pour les voyageurs moyennant des frais supplémentaires. Le linge devra être étendu uniquement à l'intérieur du balcon sur l'étendoir.
