Es erwartet Sie ein kleines Appartement (ca. 15 qm) für 1-2 Personen oberhalb von Imst. Eine Terrasse steht Ihnen über einen separaten Zugang zur persönlichen Nutzung zur Verfügung. Parkmöglichkeit ist vorhanden. Hinter dem Haus gibt es einen wunderschönen Waldweg über den man zu Fuß in ca. 20 Minuten Hoch-Imst mit zahlreichen Freizeitangeboten (Bergbahnen, Schwimmteich, Alpine-Coaster, Restaurants, Skigebiet) erreichen kann. Die Stadt Imst ist mit dem Auto in ca. 5 - 7 Minuten erreichbar.

Die Anreise mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel zum Apartment ist ebenfalls problemlos von Innsbruck aus möglich. Zudem liegt das Apartment inmitten eines beliebten Wander/Skitourengebietes.

Der Piburgersee lädt zum Eislaufen ein, der Stuibenfall mit seinen über 700 Stufen lässt sie staunen und das Ötzi Dorf gibt Einblicke in eine längst vergangene Zeit. Entspannung und Ruhe findet man im Aqua Dome. Restaurants, ein kleiner Supermarkt und eine Bäckerei sind fußläufig erreichbar.

This apartment is located in the centre of the small town of Imst in the Tyrol in one of Imst´s oldest houses. Far away from Lederhosen and mass tourism, it´s the perfect place to come back after, hiking, biking, climbing, skiing, swimming, enjoying nature and culture - also suitable for digital nomads. A steep and narrow staircase takes you up to the apartment, with stunning views especially from the balcony. There´s a lovely, welcoming second-hand bookshop down below, too.

The apartment is located in the market town of Telfs in the Tyrolean Inn Valley and is a great starting point for hikers, skiers and cyclists. The apartment is in a quiet residential area. Our stylish apartment is perfect for a relaxing holiday with friends or family. The bus runs only approx. 75m from the house directly to the areas of Sölden (approx. 15 minutes) and Obergurgl-Hochgurgl (approx. 30 minutes). The Längenfeld thermal baths can also be reached by bus within 5 minutes. The well-equipped living/dining/kitchen area invites you to cook and linger together. Our apartment offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet.

Our house is called "Juwel" and is located in the district Außerwald, above the centre of Sölden, just next to the ski slopes. The apartments provide modern tyrolian furniture and a fantastic view over the mountains. Relax in the comfortable living room with sofa area, large TV and cosy dining place. Nearby you will find several restaurants and the "Zentrum Shuttle" (cablecar) will take you to the center in a few minutes.
