This newly built carriage house is separate from the main house. The cottage is about 1,200 sqft so it very open and spacious and great views of marsh and our tidal creek. We have a separate work area with desk and a massive dinning table if you need more room to work or to gather with friends. Full kitchen, washer and dryer, massive shower, the list goes on. If you are coming to enjoy our beaches, we are only 8 miles from Folly beach, 17 miles from Kiawah and Seabrook Islands and 13 miles from Sullivan’s Island. I am a Charleston native and my husband came to Charleston on a soccer scholarship in 1989 from Trinidad. We provide a binder to include some of our favorite places to go and areas nearby.

We are within walking distance to a row of restaurants/bars, a ropes course, fitness gym, a grocery store , and only a short six miles (5-15 mins drive) to Folly Beach and Downtown Charleston. We have a sweet pup who likes to greet you in the backyard and a sweet cat who roams around all the time.
