Vous pourrez ainsi profiter pleinement de Royan et ses environs à pied ou à vélo. L'appartement et la résidence sont neufs. Il est très bien équipé, avec notamment un lave linge pour les séjours longs. Il dispose d'une grande terrasse de 50m2, exposée sud, idéale pour profiter du soleil royannais.

The apartment is on the 1st floor (without lift) of a 19th century building. There is a PUBLIC CAR PARK (NOT FREE) called "Camille Julian" at 20 m away from the building.
