Au coeur du centre historique de Colmar, la vie colmarienne est à vos pieds avec ses nombreux restaurants et commerces. Logement entièrement équipé, rénové avec goût tout en préservant l'authenticité de la bâtisse (poutres apparentes). Appartement traversant offrant une vue splendide sur les toits de Colmar et sur le Koïfhus. Classé meublé de tourisme 4 étoiles.

Mitten in der Natur und trotzdem erreichst du die Zentren Luzern, Zürich, Basel und Bern in 20-50 Minuten. Das Appartement ist geräumig, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet Platz für 4 Personen. Der Balkon gehört zum Appartement und ist für die alleinige Nutzung. Küche mit Kühlschrank, Backofen, Kochherd und Kaffeemaschine, Sat TV, WiFi und PP.

The cosy loft is located in a quiet but central area, just 15 minutes walk from the train station of Lucerne. The house was built in 1905, the apartment was built last year and is on the 4th floor (without elevator). From the window you have a beautiful view on the city and the mountains. The flat includes a fully equipped kitchenette with a coffee machine and a little fridge, bathroom with WC and shower and a double bed (160x200). We rent out our parking in front of the house for 5 chf/day.

Desservi par des transports en commun, ce logement bénéficie d’un emplacement privilégié à Bienne, à proximité des commerces, du Swiss Tennis, des marques horlogères Rolex et Omega, ainsi que de la Tissot Arena.

Parfait pour couples. Pour plus de 2 pers sur demande. Il dispose d'une chambre (2 pers) et 1 espace ouvert sous la mezzanine avec TV et canapé-lit confortable.

Situation idéale dans un écrin de verdure et de tranquillité. Beau loft neuf de 65 m2, entièrement équipé, avec accès direct au jardin. Place de parc à disposition. A quelques minutes à pied de la forêt, du lac, du Golf country Club et des transports publics. Parfait pour profiter tant de la nature que de la ville. Le loft peut accueillir quatre personnes (lit double et grand canapé-lit). Hébergement durable. Taxe sur les nuitées comprise dans le prix.

cozy Loft in the heart of Basel

The small loft is in the rear house, on the first floor of my former photo studio. It's super SIMPLE, COZY and CLEAN. Everything is in one room and it has a DOUBLE SIZE bed. There's a walk in shower in the flat and a small toilet. The loft is rather unconventional and for young and "uncomplicated" people. I've "built" this loft during the Corona times by myself for visiting friends and family. It‘s not perfect but everyone loved it so far.
