Located across the road from the beach at Emu Point, total relaxation is just a short walk away. Emu Point Beach Front Cottage takes you back the good old days of beach living.

Listen to the sound of the sea from this modern and spacious open plan Villa. The Middleton Bay Beach Villa is quiet, secluded yet a short drive or walk from the action! Relaxing, fully equipped, newly renovated, comfortably appointed, located in the Albany Golf Course. A cycle/walk track at the rear of villa runs from at Middleton beach to Emu point.

On your doorstep you have two pubs, a popular café strip “The Corner on Middleton” resplendent with great coffee, award winning fish and chips, wine bar, homewares and beauty services and we haven’t event mentioned the beach yet! Return home from walking the boardwalk to your apartment which has all you need for the complete beachside getaway.

Holiday in one of 6 self-contained two-bedroom units for you to enjoy. Each unit sleeps four adults (one queen room, two single beds), with casual bedding available for an additional two (child) guests for an extra charge. Please make sure you book for the correct number of guests both Adults and Children. If we need to send out the caretaker to provide extra linen, charges may apply.

Beach Retreat

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful, spacious holiday villa by the beach. Listen to the waves from the front door or take the path and walk the 2 minutes to the beach. There is a bike path that leads one way to Middleton Beach and the other way to Emu Point. Albany Golf Club is also a short walk and non members are welcome.
