Our modern apartment has a terrace with a spectacular view over lake Wörthersee and the Karawanken Mountains, close to the Velden train station & A2 Süd Autobahn. The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

In summer the peaks in the surrounding area are suitable for a hike and in winter the resort with ski-in/ski-out offers the perfect conditions for a successful day on the slopes. After an impressive day in the mountains, the wellness area invites you to relax. In addition, you can spread out in your private accommodation up to 65m². All pictures are examples.

The Jezernica creek, which flows past the house, creates a pleasant babbling sound. The small kitchen is spacious enough for you to prepare homemade teas and proper Slovenian coffee. Making yourself one of these drinks, you can relax on a lovely terrace with a view of the neighbouring pasture where horses graze.

Das Ferienhaus mit Garten steht in idyllischer Lage auf 845 m Seehöhe in der Gemeinde Liebenfels, ca. 20 km von Klagenfur entfernt. Von der Terrasse aus hat man einen wunderschönen Panoramablick auf die Karawanken sowie das gesamte Glantal. Die Lage eignet sich perfekt für Wanderungen in der Natur und zum Schwimmen in umliegenden Seen. Einige Skigebiete befinden sich 40-60 Minuten Fahrzeit mit dem Auto entfernt. Das Haus hat ca. 60 m² und verfügt auch über eine Sauna.
