The apartment is located next to Kalniečiai Park. Also there is good access to Kaunas Airport. On the rooftop terrace, you will find a barbecue area and outdoor furniture. Inside the apartment itself: a fireplace, a large corner bathtub, a double bed, a stripper pole, a television and a fully equipped kitchen.

Hi The apartment is in the middle of main Kaunas street. Excellent place to live, almost all tourist attractions, theaters, universities, old town is just in walking distance. Also it's really quiet at night. The apartment is fully equipped, in the kitchen there is everything you need, also dishwasher, coffee machine. The entrance to the apartment is safe. There are two bedrooms with double beds and sofa in the living room, that converts into comfortable double bed.

Friendly for kids. The host lives in the same yard. Two cats in the yard!

Park apartment is surrounded by two parks and small cozy streets with modern architecture of early XIX century. It is only 5 minutes to main pedestrian street Laives ave., also 5 minutes to the bus station and 10 minutes to the railway station by foot. The Old Town you could reach in about 20 minutes by foot. Its very quite area you could park the car outside the apartment, you will have private entrance with little garden.

This apartment is located in a one of the safest regions of the city, near beautiful and old Oak park. The apartment is in a big green yard and has a small terrace for lovely mornings. The house is in very good location only 4 km to the city centre (15 min with the public transport). House is very cozy and designed for two persons but it has an extra bed with the possibility to sleep for two more persons.
