Cozy, spacious and bright house (Kordoni holiday home) is truly private and perfect for nature lovers, around is the sea. It is situated in Muratsi village on Vani peninsula. The place is close to Kuressaare, about 8km from city center. In the house there is everything you may need for carefree vacation (kitchen with all the necessary equipment). Wood-heated sauna with view to sea and large terrace for relaxing on second floor. Fireplace on living room.There are 2 bicycles for you, to use.

Tule veeda oma puhkus puhtas looduses männimetsade vahel, kus meri on vaid 5 min jalutuskäigu kaugusel! Kutsume Sind 2-toalisesse majaosasse, üldpinnaga ca 25 m2. Majaosal on eraldi sissepääs ning koosneb esikust, köögist, magamistoast ja elutoast (ilma aknata). Sobilik 2 täiskasvanule ja 2 lapsele. Magamistoas on kaheinimese voodi, elutoas diivanvoodi. Köögis on olemas kõik söögitegemiseks vajalik, samuti on grillimisvõimalus õuealal. Lastele mänguväljak koos liumäe ja batuudiga.

Suurepärane koht akude laadimiseks, kus on võimalik aega veeta oma lähedastega, seda kas tubaselt teleri ees või 10m2 suurusel hubasel rõdul päikest nautides. Kuuse metsamaja asub keset kaunist Saaremaa loodust. Võta aeg maha kuulates oja vulinat või nautides vaadet tiigile ja metsale. Majas on kõik puhkuseks vajalik ning magamiskohti on kuni 9 inimesele (7 kohta teisel korrusel ja 2 kohta alumisel). Saunasid on lausa 2 ning saunast saab hüpata jahutuseks otse tiiki. Soome saun on hinna sees, vene saun on lisatasu eest. Lisateenustena pakume kalastus- ja merereise ning soovi korral ise tehtud suitsukala ja suitsuliha. Olete oodatud!

Kotkapoja Eagle Nest is the brand new, cozy studio apartment. The apartment is new, clean and has the balcony. This is non smoking and non party apartment. The apartment has large open living room with kitchen and bathroom. There is a private area for free parking. The location is very close to Saaremaa Golf facilities. The approximate distances to Kuressaare SPA area 0,8 km, Kuressaare Castle 1,2 km. The Bolt scooters rent is available in the area.

Buchungen bitte bis spätestens 3 (drei) Tage vor der Ankunft. Aufenthaltsdauer nicht weniger als 3 (drei) Nächte. Längere Aufenthalte bevorzugt. Unser Haus ist für Familien mit Kindern besonders gut geeignet. Die angegebene Personenbegrenzung gilt für drei Erwachsene.

The guesthouse is located on the same property as our family home. It's a cozy 20 m² tiny house surrounded by pine forest, just a 10-minute walk from the sea. Perfect for couples seeking peace and nature. Includes a kitchenette, shower, toilet, and a loft-style bedroom. Enjoy your morning coffee on the terrace. Year-round stay possible with heating and A/C.
