Birdsong Yurt

Enjoy a peaceful night's sleep in this charming 16’ Alaskan yurt on 5 beautiful, private landscaped acres. It’s glamping at its finest~ no running water or toilet, but has electricity, fresh drinking water, queen size bed and a cute super clean outhouse. Showers are available in town. NO smoking allowed anywhere on property at anytime. Minimum two night stay. Infant or small child free. A dog is permitted for a $30 pet fee. Must be on leash or under voice control and kept off bed.

Original Yurt Ecolodge Package #1

Stay at our wilderness ecolodge located in the Kenai Fjords! We offer oceanfront yurt lodging on our property that is surrounded by the Alaskan wilderness. Activities of sea kayaking and hiking are included! Our secluded location is accessible only by boat from Seward, Alaska. We provide boat transportation for all guests. The boat trip is about 40 minutes each way - look for wildlife like whales, otters, eagles, sea lions, and more! This entire experience is included in your nightly rate.

Sunshine Homestead

Feel the joy when you sleep under the stars on Sunshine Drive in Happy Valley! The yurt is 16' and 4-season insulated, complete with stove, microwave, running water, an outdoor fire pit, BBQ grill, and patio. This is a private yurt on a quiet road that welcomes well mannered dogs. There is a tiny, single person A-frame also available to rent nearby. Restroom is a lit outhouse with parking. The yurt in on Sunshine Homestead, just down the driveway, where I raise hens, and a large garden.

Mossberry Overlook - a Yurt near Homer

Open year round. Northern lights/ski yurt. Can you build a fire? If so, you are qualified to stay at this cozy yurt tucked into a small homestead on the edge of the wilderness. Our yurt overlooks the massive glaciers of the Kenai Mountains, and the head of Kachemak Bay. The land around the yurt is kept wild so keep an eye out for moose, grouse, hares, porcupines , the occasional bear and a diversity of birds. Perfect for someone looking to enjoy the quiet of wild Alaska in comfort.

A Homer Roundhouse W/ Mountains, Bay, Volcano View

The Homer Roundhouse is a perfect lodging choice for a couple, a small family or 4-5 adults. Located on a small road across from the beach yet hidden in town, this first class yurt is wonderful. All modern appliances and conveniences. You'll love it! We only book 3 night minimum stays on our calendar until March 1st then we open our calendar up to fewer days. Please know that there is so much to do and see in the Homer/Kachemak Bay area that 3 nights should always be the preference.

Fiddlehead Yurts

We are not your average getaway. Hidden in the rainforest canopy, spend the afternoon grilling on the porch while watching the eagles fly to and from their nest above the yurt. When your ready to wind down listen to the owls hoot around the fire ring while watching the sunset from exit glacier. A labor of love as my first home, I hope you get a slice of the serenity that comes with unplugging in this magical spot. If you’re lucky you’ll wake up to a moose or two in the pond.

In The Lee: Creekside Yurt minutes from Harbor, NP

Experience the essence of Alaska just outside your door! The new, In The Lee Yurt is located steps away from Salmon Creek on the outskirts of Kenai Fjords NP and 4 miles from the harbor. Nestled in the trees, this is the perfect jump off point to all your adventures in Seward. Fire up the BBQ, light the firepit, take in the sweeping mountain peaks, look out for wildlife as they frequent the creek and recharge in the cozy atmosphere of an Alaskan Yurt.

24 Ft. Modern Yurt #1

We are located on a forested acre. Our yurts are modern with most amenities included. We are located 8 minutes driving time north of Seward, and within walking distance, 8-10 minute walk to the lake or the Bear Lake trailhead, or the Salmon Weir, this is where the salmon come up the creek to spawn in Bear Lake. The Salmon are visible from May thru July.
