We're located 15 min. drive to downtown GR and 10 min drive to airport. Visiting Calvin or other colleges? We're only minutes away. Our space includes comfy beds with memory foam topper, private bathroom, living room with TV, kitchenette & backyard entrance. The whole area is yours but may see us from the stairway by the kitchen. The home comes equipped with central heating and air conditioning. No smoking at all inside please!

This room is a loft above the far stall garage with access to a hot tub (open year-round) and heated pool & tiki bar (open in the summer). This is more of a summer stay due to the amenities that are available. But people still come in the winter because we drop the price and keep the hot tub available. Full disclosure, the walk from the room to the house/bathroom is not heated in the winter and it can be a long, cold walk for some people, so we try to make that very clear before you book.
