One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

A 15 minuti da Bolzano e Merano si trova un elegante appartamento di 65mt a due piani con ingresso autonomo,composto da soggiorno\cucina, una camera da letto (letto francese) e un bagno, per offrirvi un confortevole soggiorno. L’appartamento si trova in una posizione adatta per raggiungere in pochi minuti i famosi mercatini di Natale. L’appartamento si trova in un castello del 16 secolo. Al pianoterra del castello si trova un piccolo ristorante, dove è possibile trascorrere una bella serata.

Meine Unterkunft ist in der Nähe eines kleinen Naturbadesees, eines Klettergartens, inmitten der Natur und doch nur wenige Fahrminuten entfernt von den Städten Bruneck und Brixen..... Entspannen inmitten der Natur. Direkt vom Haus aufbrechen zu Spaziergängen, Radtouren, Nordic-Walking-Touren, Wanderungen..... Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der Gemütlichkeit, dem Ausblick und der Lage. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende Abenteurer und Familien (mit Kindern).

Appartamento mansardato quasi interamente rivestito di legno antico e arredato in modo tradizionale, dotato di zona giorno con ampio divano letto e smart tv, tavolo da pranzo, cucina attrezzata con tutti i principali elettrodomestici compresi forno e lavastoviglie. l punti di forza dell’appartamento sono lo spazioso balcone rivolto a est con vista su Santa Maddalena, per godersi il sole del mattino davanti a una bella colazione, e la nuovissima sauna privata in legno di cirmolo.

Neu errichtete, sehr ruhig gelegene Parterrewohnung am Dorfrand von Kiens. Das Dorf befindet sich ca. 12 km von den Aufstiegsanlagen des Kronplatzes und ca. 10 km von der Stadt Bruneck entfernt . Es ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für die verschiedensten Aktivitäten. Unsere Wohnung "Mitterhaus" ist neu erbaut und mit hochwertigen Materialien ausgestattet. Ein Lieblingsplatz ist die Sonnenterrasse mit der Liegewiese. Ideal für Familien oder Freunde.

The modern flat is only a few steps away from the heart of the old town. Bars, grocery shops, pharmacy, boutiques and tourist attractions, are all in the immediate vicinity. The train and bus station are only a few minutes' walk away. Direct connection to the skiing and hiking paradise Kronplatz. In winter, a private ski depot with boot and glove dryer is available. Unsere Wohnung ist circa 70qm2 groß und befindet sich 5 Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Direkt vom Haus aufbrechen in die Natur zu einem Spaziergang, Wanderung, Nordic Walking. 5 Fahrminuten mit dem Auto und sie erreichen den Kronplatz (Skigebiet). Die Ortstaxe beträgt 1,75€/Nacht/Person und ist bei Ankunft zu hinterlegen. Ab 1.01.2024 beträgt die Ortstaxe in Bruneck 2,50€/Person/Nacht.
