The Grain Store - Kangaroo Island Brewery Studio

The Grain Store is a boutique studio style unit located on the western end of the Kangaroo Island Brewery production shed. A one bedroom studio with a queen bed, kitchenette, and a weber q on the deck. We are completely off-grid! A comfy sofa bed and heater for those cold nights. Great panoramic views of Nepean Bay and MacGillivray Hills. Walk to the KIB cellar door in 30 seconds! Brett’s Rest AZA

One of two cabins this beautiful country wood cabin with a large area to enjoy yourself. Only 300 meters to the beach with easy walking track. Close to Kingscote town, KI Brewery, Gin distillery and the most beautiful beaches you will ever see. I have a dog named Chase who will love you to death and am open to others bringing their pet providing they are friendly with others and do not go inside the cabin. The terrace is fine I live in a managers cabin so any questions Im happy to help.

My Island Home

‘My Island Home’ is located on a quiet 2-acre block on the edge of Kingscote with bush surrounds and a short 2-minute walk to the beach. This modern, spacious get away is perfect for a couple, families or groups of people up to 12. With heaps of room inside and out to relax, entertain and to let the kids play. We are outside dog friendly and have boarding kennels and lots of area for your four legged friends to run around. This house offers secure off road parking with loads of vehicle space.

As soon as you enter the property it boasts, beautiful private bush sanctuary, overlooking the ocean and Kangaroo Island, you feel how stunning and uniquie this place really is. You will just want to sit back, relax and soak up this delightful European style home with verandas overlooking the Sea and Sunsets. Hardly a day goes by that you don’t see the dolphins play in the ocean. The courtyard as you enter the house traps the mourning sun to sit outside and have a beverage or two.
