This cute, newly renovated little cabin apartment is the perfect spot for a couple (or a couple of friends!), hunters and fishermen to get away. Grand Rivers is a golf cart community - let us know if you would like to rent our cart to make getting around easier (and more fun!).

The Relaxation Station/No additional pet fees

Take a deep breath and relax in this home located on the Muddy Fork Little River. There are two acres of wooded, totally private, and serene but steep land (backyard only). Perfect for the outdoor enthusiast or a quick getaway. Relax on the large wood deck with an outdoor dining table, while grilling out on the Weber charcoal grill (charcoal not provided), or enjoy your morning coffee while you watch the eagles soar above and the crazy amount of deer dash through the yard.

Woodland Trails

Explore the Land Between the Lakes Recreation Area and stay in this charming shipping container turned tiny home. With all the comforts of home, it comes fully equipped with a kitchenette which boasts a 4-in-1 microwave, air fryer, convection and toaster oven. Our land is being renovated to host several tiny home stays, so pardon our dust. Please refer to the pictures to see proximity of other units. We live on the property along with our chickens, ducks, dogs and cats.

The Rock House (lakefront with private dock)

This newly renovated adult friendly A-frame is your outdoor retreat located on the bluffs of beautiful Lake Barkley. This home has its own private covered double boat dock with swim ladder and power. This home offers an upper and lower deck with stunning views to sit, relax and watch the stunning Lake Barkley. This property offers plenty of parking for all your needs including, boat trailers, atv’s, and even your rv. This A-frame is an escape you don’t want to miss.

Bear Cave with hot tub in quaint town of Aurora

Welcome to Bear Cave! A comfy, clean place with hot tub. Conveniently located 10 minutes from Turkey Bay ATV Park. 1 mile to LBL, Lake, Restaurants ,gas station ,and Dollar General. 18 minutes to Murray, 48 to Paducah..Plenty of room for parking a boat( we have outside 110 outlets)or ATV’S. No dogs over 40 lbs. No cats, thanks! If you would like to use the bicycles let us know when booking.If traveling with a group, check adjoining Cubby Hollow for availability!
