Our townhome is an ideal base for all your alpine adventures in the San Juans. Come for world-class ice climbing, trail time in Mt. Sneffels wilderness, downhill skiing in Telluride or Ouray or just to relax in the Hot Springs right across the parking lot. With views out every window and a private deck to take it all in, we hope you find yourself in love with this "little Switzerland" mountain town like we are. Three Eagle Nest is a spacious home located in a quiet cul-de-sac of the tiny mountain town of Lake City, Colorado. It has expansive views of the surrounding mountains and the Lake City valley. This 4-bedroom/3-bath home (and additional sleeping area) has a fully appointed kitchen (stainless steel), a jet tub, games room with pool table; grilling deck accessed via the kitchen; and a larger deck facing the mountains! It's the perfect place to chill out after a fun day in the mountains! .

Birch Street Hideaway

This centrally located well equipped duplex is your access point to all the adventures that South Fork has to offer in the San Juan and Rio Grande National Forests. We are located just off Highway 160, where you are a short 18 mile drive to Wolf Creek Ski Area. In the summer walk to the South Fork of the Rio Grande for fly fishing as well as an easy drive to many rivers, lakes and reservoirs. Local coffee, pizza, visitors centers and groceries are all in walking distance from our place.

Caboose Cottage in the heart of Lake City!

Enjoy easy access to the heart of Lake City from this centrally located place, located within the historic downtown shopping and dining area. Be sure to visit the Hinsdale County Museum next door to get a glimpse of Lake City's history, including a restored caboose. This two bedroom two bath home provides a comfortable place to rest after a fun day in the mountains. The rental is located behind the office of the Lake Fork Valley Conservancy, an environmental non-profit organization.

This cabin located 10 min west of Creede has amazing views of the Weminuche wilderness and is walking distance to world class fly fishing on the Rio Grande river. This cabin gives you easy access to outdoor activities and Creede, including the Reparatory Theater. This is the perfect base camp for your next adventure. Wake up to elk grazing in the meadow, explore during the day, and relax at night in this custom built cabin with unique features from the local area.
