Stay in a 2nd story private suite in a modern farmhouse where we reside on a family farm in Amish country. Guests have the entire 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms, a private bath, and a sitting room. It is  equipt with a fully stocked kitchenette, private bathroom, comfortable living space, large screen tv and office work space.  Enjoy some of the most picturesque landscape Northern Indiana has to offer.  We are just a 10 min walk from Stone Lake and have kayak rentals available upon request.  We are conveniently located 8 miles from Shipshewana and Middlebury, IN and just a 40 minute drive from Notre Dame.

Beautifully renovated lakefront cottage on the shores of Lake James with gorgeous sunset views, a sandy crystal clear swim area and dock space for your boat. Well appointed Chef’s kitchen stocked with all of your culinary needs. We offer private cooking classes and during the summer historical boat tours on Lake James. While this could just be a cozy place to crash for a night, it can also be a private cooking class followed by a relaxing sunset cruise on Lake James.

Minutes from Indiana toll road exit 121 this quiet wooded setting is a great choice for an extended stay or ideal for a special getaway.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Nestled among the trees, it provides a quiet getaway from the chaos of life allowing you to recharge and renew. The main residence is approximately 400 feet from the cabin. The cabin is secluded and yet close to local attractions, restaurants, biking and nature trails. The Cabin has a total of 420 sq ft living space with 280 sq ft on the ground floor and a 140 sq ft bedroom loft.

Relax and unwind at our peaceful cottage at The Mill District. You will love the views out of the floor to ceiling windows. Everything inside and outside the cottage was recently remodeled including a brand new bathroom. You and your guests will love the well manicured property. Feel free to explore the grounds and bring your photographer (No sitting fee for guests). Peaceful location located next to clear lake.

Water’s Edge-Hot Tub, Pet Friendly, No Fees

Tranquil lake living! The Water’s Edge is a great way to enjoy the lake. It is right on the water with kayaks, stand up paddle boards, and a canoe to venture out with. The hot tub accommodates 6 people. The sunroom has beautiful views as well as a couple of beds that can be used if the weather is nice. There is nothing better than falling asleep to lake sounds and a pleasant breeze! Please no college partyers.

Outpost Treehouse

The lookout inspired Outpost Treehouse (not actually attached to a tree) sits in a white pine forest in the middle of a 50 acre active farm. The 15 hand crafted windows allow for great views watching out for Michigan wildlife--White tail deer, turkeys, owls, coyote have all been spotted from the elevated wrap around deck. The biggest regret that guests have noted is “we wish we would have stayed longer”!
