The Black Lake Man Cave is completely new! It has a Up North atmosphere. It sits on the back of the property overlooks the field and woods. Beautiful Black Lake which is a 10,000 Acre lake is available for your use as we have 100ft of private lake frontage with a 70 ft dock which is shared by my other unit. We are close to Black Mountain Recreation Area and the Onaway Speedway. About 45 minutes from Mackinaw, Petoskey, Cheboygan, Rogers City and Ocqueoc Falls. Great for Guys & Girls outings!

We are within walking distance of our downtown stores, Restaurants, and Ice Cream. We share a parking lot, so we are close by if needed. This is the first floor of a two story building with renters in the upstairs. There is a dog on Property. The washer and dryer are located in the basement.
