Footbridge Farm Cabin

Footbridge Farm is a quiet country get-away located on 90 wooded acres, 15 miles NE of Decorah. We are close to the mouth of Canoe Creek, the Upper Iowa River and adjacent to state DNR land. The cozy owner-built cabin has an open ceiling with exposed beams and rafters giving a sense of spaciousness. Local stone was used in the exterior walls and the floor-to-ceiling fire back behind the wood-burning stove. The floors are oak and slate. Detailed craftsmanship can be found throughout the cabin.

Monroe Street Cottage - Walk to Downtown & River

The Monroe Street Cottage is perfectly located within minutes of downtown Decorah, the Upper Iowa River, Pulpit Rock Brewery, the Whippy Dip, and so much more! It is the perfect retreat to slow down and relax. The cottage features a living room, kitchen, 1 bedroom with a queen bed, 1 full bathroom, washer/dryer, grill, and private outdoor space. Authentic 19' grain bin has a loft with 2 full-size beds, comfy living space with heat & A/C, bathroom with 3'x5' shower, kitchenette, vaulted ceiling. WiFi available but you’re basically inside a tin can in a cornfield so reception is NOT GREAT (hence NO TV.) A gas grill, picnic table & 4 Adirondack chairs surround your fire pit. All on the grounds of a winery & vineyard surrounded by 300 acres of corn! Volga Lake State Rec Area adjacent w/a lake for paddling, fishing, & miles of trails.

Private and Relaxing Acreage in West Waverly

The perfect location for your getaway! Cozy and private yet just minutes from downtown Waverly and Wartburg College! The open concept layout includes a full kitchen, 70" tv + electric fireplace. The bathroom includes a 74x60 shower, a heated bidet + floors, double sinks, and a separate makeup vanity. The sunroom off the back faces an entirely private backyard complete with a fire pit & seating area. Laundry access! 1 queen and 2 single beds. Sleeps 4 but happy to accommodate extra guests!

Honeybee Cottage at Star's Hollow

Honeybee Cottage is located next to our own beach/lake & 140 acres of beautifully groomed public nature trails. It is creatively decorated & full of amenities, including a coffee/tea bar. Make use of the games/books/DVDs that are provided. Feed the cows, read a book on the beach, take a hike or mountain bike in the trails, nap on the porch, fish for bluegills in our lake, race the pig, skip rocks/canoe in the creek, have a bonfire (S'mores provided) & stargaze the evening sky!

Lake House sleeps (16+) Boat Rental & Beach

Nov-April: Sleeps 15 in the house (no heat in barn) May-Oct: Sleeps 16+ (AC in the UP BARN) This Spacious Lake Front Home is perfect for the whole family with full service Amenities! Enjoy an acre of land, 4 bdrm house + bunkroom. 1st floor of barn filled with games, & ample seating. Enjoy the waterfront w/ dock, boat slip, swing & fire pit. The outdoor bball court, frisbee course, sand volleyball, splash pad, playground to entertain. (Extra fee applies to groups over 16)

Entire Residential Home - “The Music Loft”

WOW! What a fun and peaceful stay! Newly Remodeled cozy 2 bedroom residential home. There is 1 king bed in the master bedroom, and a full and a twin size bunk bed in the second bed. Washer/dryer, TV, Wi-Fi, fully air conditioned. The Elvis themed kitchen has all the basics supplied., and an Elvis jukebox filled with hits. The Music Loft also features a Wireless Sound system, heated floors, desk, computer and printer. Long term stays are welcome. Pets welcome.

Cushions Cabins West

Very private, secluded and relaxing spot within 30 yards of walking or biking trail. Enjoy wildlife, plenty of deer and eagles to watch off the large open front porch. Fire pits for each cabin with firewood provided. Grill provided in front yard. Two private bedrooms with a queen bed in each. Kitchen included microwave, 2-burner stove and full size refrigerator. Coffee make and toaster also provided. River for canoeing and kayaking within walking distance.

Hill Top House

Located .5 miles from the Upper Iowa River, Hilltop house has the most perfect view. The house sleeps 8, but we welcome and encourage smaller groups as well. This location has 2 bathrooms, a relaxing loft and the most dreamy porch. *WARNING* When booking in the winter be aware of our driveway shown in the picture. We highly recommend 4 wheel drive. We also have a pack n play and high chair available upon request.

Decorah House • Bright, sunny, walk downtown!

This apartment is on the second floor of a historic brick house just five blocks from downtown Decorah. The renovated space is full of natural light, handmade furniture, and plenty of books. The space includes a full bathroom, small kitchen, table, and seating area. Pulpit Rock Brewing Co, La Rana Bistro, Impact Coffee, Oneota Food Coop, Hotel Winneshiek, Vesterheim and all of downtown is an easy walk.

Decorah named most charming town in Iowa - again Decorah is one of 50 Best small towns in America. Cabin with full kitchen, bedroom with queen bed, 1 full bath, lower level has 2 futons, satellite TV, central air, extra large deck, gas grill. Less than 1 mile from Decorah's bike trail, Decorah Eagle Nest, Iowa State Fish Hatchery, 500' to snowmobile trail, fire pit with wood supplied.

Trout Creek Cabin

The cabin sits in a valley on the South Fork of the Root River. Fire pit, hot tub and 2 large patios both with outdoor dining, steps away from the trout stream make this unique property a peaceful, romantic get away. A short drive from the Root River bike trail and Lanesboro making it easy to take advantage of the best historic bluff country has to offer.
