The guest house is a separate structure with it's own hvac.

The "Miss Molly" treehouse has been the subject of many discussions as possibly the best treehouse in the Carolina's. Its a roomy 220 sq. ft and features a queen bed in the loft, Heat/Ac, Shower, Toilet, TV and DVD player. It has a very comfortable nook where you can enjoy the TV, a good book, or even take a short nap. The large deck offers a great view over the property and has two rocking chairs as well as a bistro table for eating at.

Beautiful comfy apartment with high-end beds, bedding and design. 2 comfortable new queen beds in large bedroom. Good size kitchen that's fully stocked with free amenities. Have fun with the whole family at this stylish apartment situated on a beautiful 3.5 acre property! Massive walk in tiled shower with multiple shower heads. Friendly dogs allowed for $35 a dog. No more than 2 dogs. Must be left in a crate if left in apartment alone. We have a large crate available to use. We have a SUPER friendly 2 year old poodle/border collie mix that will greet you!

The Lodge at 7 Oaks is a private studio that is a part of our detached garage. The room offers a full kitchen, a queen size bed, a fenced in yard with an outdoor seating area with firepit. The private 6 acre property is secluded in an established neighborhood just 5 miles west of downtown Salisbury. Plenty of parking space for vehicle with trailers and RVs.
