This sweet little spot in Lakko beach is nestled between the sea and the mountains. During the cooler months it is a climbers favourite. Close to the climbing tracks and only a five minute drive to Leonidio.The property backs onto our newly planted olive grove and has its own parking.It has separate bedroom kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook meals.It has a new split system heating and aircon. It has a nice shower. There is a smart tv and great wifi if you need to work.It has a large courtyard with a garden and also a terrace. There is mountain views and sea views. In summer its a different vibe. If you like relaxing in the sun, swimming in beautiful clear water and listening to the waves as you fall asleep at night you will be very happy here. We offer a relaxing stay, positive energy surrounded in nature.

Το σπίτι μας βρισκεται στο κέντρο του Λεωνιδίου, σε μια ήσυχη γειτονιά, μόλις 2 λεπτα με τα πόδια από όλα τα καταστήματα και τις καφετέριες. Από τη βεράντα θα απολαύσετε τον ήλιο και τη θέα του Λεωνιδίου πανοραμικά. Η κρεβατοκάμαρα έχει ένα υπέρδιπλο κρεβάτι με ανατομικό στρώμα και μπορούν να κοιμηθούν 2 άτομα. Ένα επιπλέον άτομο μπορεί να κοιμηθεί στον κοινόχρηστο χώρο στον καναπέ που μετατρέπεται σε κρεβάτι. Κατόπιν αιτήματος, μπορούμε να παρέχουμε ένα επιπλέον μονό κρεβάτι. Για τους επισκέπτες που έχουν βρέφη, διαθέτουμε πάρκο. Η κουζίνα είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένη και υπάρχουν όλα όσα χρειάζεστε για να μαγειρέψετε και να απολαύσετε τις διακοπές σας. In our cozy vacation house you will find everything you need for a perfect relaxing and/or active vacation coming either with friends or with family. The house is located in the lively traditional city of Leonidio just a few kilometers from the crystal clear Aegean sea and right in front of the amazing cliffs surrounding the city. In the house you will find two bedrooms, a living room with a fully equiped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and of course the terrace with a stunning view to the cliffs.

Σας καλωσορίζουμε στο πλήρως ανακαινισμένο σπίτι μας. Το σπίτι μας βρίσκεται στον πρώτο όροφο του οικήματος. Είναι ολοκαίνουριο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο. Εχει δύο κρεβατοκάμαρες, ενα μπανιο και μια κουζίνα με καθιστικό. Η κουζίνα είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένη με μαγειρικά σκεύη και ηλεκτρικές συσκευές. Η βεράντα του έχει υπέροχη θέα το Λεωνίδιο και τον κοκκινόβραχο. Υπάρχει ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ στις εγκαταστάσεις του σπιτιού. Για οποιαδήποτε πληροφορία μη διστάσετε να επικοινωνήσετε μαζί μας.

The nook

Καλώς ήρθατε στο μικρό μας φωτεινό διαμέρισμα στην καρδιά του Λεωνιδίου. Από το μπαλκόνι απολαμβάνετε τη θέα στον επιβλητικό Κοκκινόβραχο, τη γραφική γειτονιά της Σίου και τον κήπο μας. Το σπίτι μας μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει δύο ενήλικες. Είναι ιδανικό για ζευγάρια που αγαπούν τη φύση και την ηρεμία, αλλά δε θέλουν να στερούνται τις ανέσεις της πόλης. Θα βρειτε καταστήματα, καφέ, εστιατόρια και τράπεζα σε απόσταση μόλις λίγων μέτρων από το σπίτι.

Garden apartment

Die Gartenwohnung ist Teil der Villa Metropolis und liegt oberhalb der Kirche Panagia. Über den eigenen Parkplatz gelangt man zum Eingang dieser Wohnung, welches über ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche, Essbereich, Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und einem en-suite Badezimmer verfügt. Durch den Garten, ein Stockwerk tiefer, befindet sich das zweite Schlafzimmer (Kamara) mit Teeküche und Badezimmer, welches einen separaten Eingang hat.

Agroktima Farm Cottage

Situated at the foot of Mount Parnon, Agroktima guesthouse is surrounded by a lush green garden and consists of ten farm houses, samples of the Tsakonian architecture. Unprocessed stone, wood and iron have been harmoniously put together, creating a unique setting. The traditional furnishings, the wooden ceilings, the handmade needlework, the country-style fireplace and the stone-paved courtyard add to the houses a rustic charm.

My stone farmhouse is surrounded by 11 acres of orange trees,lemon trees and much more trees which fruits you can taste. The backyard under the giant mulberry among with the old well relaxes and takes you back in time and makes you feel part of nature .The cottage is located in the fields of Leonidio(2.5km from center & 600meters from sea),against the red rock/cliffs you will be climbing.
