Olive oil, vinegar, salt, sugar and other basics are available. LIVING ROOM --> TV, 6 seats dining table, sofa bed (can accomodate one more person), USB speakers, luggage storage BATHROOM --> XL shower, WC, bidet, hair dryer, curling iron BEDROOM --> seaview from the bed, 160X195cm bed with premium bedding sets, big double closet with drawers and hangers, roller shutters. -- > + A WELCOME TREAT ! The flat is entirely available for you. It is ideal for 2 people but can accomodate 1 more on the sofa bed. You can either access the building from the main door which works with a magnetic key or from the private parking (Floor -2). Either me or a co-host will welcome you at the check-in. I am helpful, reliable and precise, exactly as I would like my Airbnb host to be when I travel as a guest. In order to assist you, I have prepared a very detailed House Manual that you will receive by email when you complete your booking. Even though I am not always around, I have arranged some co-hosts who can assist you in case of emergency. However I am available on the phone all the time, 7 days a week. I am cooperative, easy going and willing to satisfy your requests. Just feel free to contact me ! The apartment is in a scenic location facing the Golfe Bleu, a romantic spot of the Cote D'Azur. Go for a picturesque walk along the cliffside trails, spread out on the sunny beaches a short walk away, and experience Monaco's famous sights nearby. The flat location is suitable both for those who like to have a panoramic walk or for those who rather prefer to take the car to explore the area. Principality of Monaco is 4 minutes away by car, while it takes 20 minutes to reach the border on foot. The Nice international airport is 35 mins away by car (34 km). A great transportation option to/from the airport is the Airport Express bus (# 110) which connects both Nice airport terminals to Menton and makes a stop 1 minute walking distance from my flat. The Bus #100 stops 1 minute from the flat (4 Chemins roundabout) and goes from Menton to Nice, passing through Monaco. PARKING --> The garage is a great plus of my flat as parking on the street in this area is quite difficult. It is very easily accessible from the main road and it is connected to the flat through an elevator. Garage size: 4.9m (length) X 2.8m (width) x 1.85m (height).

Whole apartment is air-conditioned and, on top of that, each of the two bedrooms have a separate heating/air-conditioning system. Bedroom 1: one double bed or two single beds - arranged according to your preference Bedroom 2: one double bed Both bathrooms have walk-in spacious showers. You can prepare a delicious meal in the fully-equipped kitchen and enjoy it in the dining room with your family or friends. In the living room, you can enjoy the time with each other or watch some TV on a 55" screen. Our guests will have access to the entire apartment. Together with my wife we set up a chat with our guests (via WhatsApp/Messanger) to be able to serve you 24/7 with suggestions, help and recommendations. Our preferred language is English but we can also communicate in Italian, French, Polish and Spanish. The apartment is located in the city center of La Spezia right by the pedestrian zone and train station. There are plenty of great restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops a stone's throw away. We are happy to find a best solution in terms of parking if you come by car. But then you can forget the car and use your feet or public transport to reach anywhere you need. Train station -> 3 mins walking distance Pedestrian zone -> 2 mins walking distance Marina with ferries -> 10 mins walking distance Bus stop -> 1 min walking distance We would also like to inform you that authorities require all the guests to pay the local tax at 2.5 euro/person/night (>16years) for max 5 consecutive nights of stay.
