Het maashuisje is in 2023 geheel gerenoveerd en heeft een hoge afwerking. In het huisje is een badkamer en een aparte toiletruimte maar heeft nog een 2e luxe badkamer apart van het huis. Het huis heeft een overdekt balkon waar u overzicht heeft over de maas en de achtertuin. Wilt u vissen of direct aan het water zonnen kunt u gebruik maken van de grote vlonder welke over de maas uitsteekt. Het huis is voorzien van alle gemakken en kindvriendelijk. Een zeer unieke gewilde locatie!

Look at the stars from your own terrace, light a bonfire, drink a glass of wine... ENJOY! The lake and forest is just a short walk away, and the area is great for hiking, biking, swimming and relaxing. Just check out the pictures :D. In summertime we rent the house per week.

Het vakantiehuis ligt in Asselt, direct aan de Asseltse plassen en dichtbij Roermond (4km). De woning heeft een sfeervolle woonkamer, ruime eetkamer en keuken met combimagnetron. Op de bovenverdieping zijn 3 ruime slaapkamers (2 kingsize bedden, 2 1-persoonsbedden) een badkamer voorzien van bad, dubbele wastafel en aparte douche. De tuin ligt op het oosten en heeft een prachtige zonsopgang over de weides, het water en de prachtige natuur.
