Welcome to your ocean view vacation spot. This ocean front studio has all you need for a true vacation. Directly across the street from North Beach. During high tide, head over to Hampton Beach, which is only about a mile away. Condo has a kitchenette, queen bed, and full-size pull-out sofa. Bring your flip flops, sunscreen and get ready to enjoy the sun and sand. Please note that there are cameras in the parking lot, lobby, and hallways leading to the condo.

We are in the perfect location just outside of the hustle and bustle of Hamptons strip but just a 5 minute drive to all of the action. Why pay for parking when you can just walk across the street to a great sandy beach or walk to the beach plum for ice cream and lobster rolls.

We offer a one bath cozy studio-efficiency apartment equipped with a kitchenette. It is only a 4-5 minute walk or a quicker bike ride to beautiful Wallis Sands State Beach. After you enjoy a day at the beach, come back and relax with a cold drink on your circular patio and gaze out over a sea of ferns in the state forest at the rear of our property. You can cook out on your grill or take a short drive to downtown Portsmouth.
