Hot Tub-Studio/Cosy Cottage Apartment

Our cosy cottage apartment offers the perfect place to retreat to after a full day exploring. We are dog friendly and allow one dog per booking. We charge £10 per night so that’s £30 for a 3 night break and £50 for a week paid to me in cash. The lounge offers a log burner and sky tv. The kitchen is well equipped but there is no washing machine or dishwasher! There are views from the private patio down to the field. This property sits near the old farmhouse and next to other farm cottages.

Gellibant Cottage, Breathtaking Rural Retreat

Gellibant is a rural remote peaceful retreat, with breathtaking views set in its own gardens within our working mountain farm. It has been recently fully renovated to the highest standard with all mod cons, whilst remaining in keeping with its traditional features and natural charm. Gellibant has unrivalled views of beautiful Cwm Nantcol, and the dramatic Rhinog Mountains. This charming property accommodates 2-4 guests. We also have a sofa bed (small double) in the snug for 2 additional guests.

Shepherd's Hut "Bay View" With Brand new Hot tub!

Bay View is our newly built shepherds hut with panoramic views. Situated between Llanbedr beach, with spectacular view of the Llyn Peninsular to the West & Rhinog mountain range to the East with uninterrupted sunrises & sunsets. The 1.5 mile drive that takes no more the 5 minutes gives you access to everything Harlech has to offer. Including a long sandy beach & the 18 hole Royal St. Davids golf course, or have an ice cream in town & explore the local shops & world heritage site Harlech Castle.

'The Nook' stone cottage in peaceful surroundings

The Nook’ is a self contained 2 bedroom cottage annex, inspired by its medieval inglenook fireplace. It is situated at the end of a long drive in a peaceful rural location. Hiking trails abound with Harlech beach, town and castle a walk away. The area has plenty to offer; steam railways, Portmeirion, sandy beaches, ZipWorld and Mt Snowdon are just a car ride away. Alternatively enjoy the Nook’s garden with BBQ/fire-pit and perhaps a game on its unique pétanque pitch or retro games machine.

Bus connections 5 mins. Idyllic spot with own private patio with dark skies for stargazing & views towards the sea. Dog friendly (max 2 dogs). All on 1 level with features to aid those with reduced mobility. NB: Step down from driveway then up 1 step to main entrance.

The Seaview Apartment (Dog Friendly) at Lluesty

This Seaview Apartment is on the Top Floor of Lluesty, situated in the small village of Dyffryn Ardudwy between the coastal towns of Barmouth & Harlech. The views overlook the hills of Snowdonia & the Cardigan Bay Coastline with the most amazing sunsets. Built in 1819 the Georgian House provides a separate top floor apartment, with private entrance and door, accessed through the main building & staircase. The apartment Sleeps 5 with 3 bedroom and a Lounge-Diner, bathroom & kitchen.

Beudy Bach is a cosy and very comfortable eco retreat created from a traditional stone built Welsh barn. It's large velux windows offer ideal star gazing from the bed! This peaceful haven is within easy walking distance of Llanbedr, a lovely village with several country pubs and a bustling village shop. It is ideally located within the Snowdonia National Park with access to beautiful coastlines and majestic mountains. The barn is well equipped and situated on a quiet country lane.

Enjoy cosy evenings in front of the dual aspect wood stove or soaking in the extremely relaxing wood burning hot tub whilst taking in the views or gazing at the stars.

Gwenlli Shepherds Hut

Here is our newly completed shepherds Hut -Gwenlli a welsh name that depicts the view of Bardsey Island on the horizon. Situated in a peaceful corner of our field, nestled in the hills above the small village of Talybont in Snowdonia. Overlooking cardigan bay and boasting panaramic views from the Snowdon mountain range in the north to witnessing a memorable sunset over the Lleyn peninsula with a drink in your hand whilst relaxing in the easy to use electric jacuzzi hot tub.

The Cottage has an open plan kitchen, diner and lounge with log burner, two bedrooms one with a king size bed and one with a double bed. The cottage also has a long garden with a pond. The cottage is a 10 minute drive away to Barmouth or has Train Station a short 5-10 minute walk away. Dyffryn Beach is 20-25 minute pleasant walk or 5 minute car journey to vast sandy beaches which also joins onto Shell Island beach. Diffwys Mountain range close by.

Charming Riverside Cottage Snowdonia National Park

Truly idyllic is the first thing that comes to mind when opening the heavy timber gates to this outstanding property! Within its traditional stone walled boundary, you're greeted by the most tranquil and picturesque of settings on the banks of the Afon Dwyryd. Afon Cariad is a traditional detached stone cottage set in three acres of land on the riverbank and at the foot of a beautiful nature trail and nature reserve - Coed Cymerau.

Awel Y Mor - Private & Peaceful

A very warm welcome awaits you in our charming annexe where we hope you'll relax & unwind during your stay. It's just a 2 minute stroll to the railway station, less than 10 mins walk to the local supermarket and post office and our beautiful sandy beach is a 15 mins, level walk along the lane. We are within Eryri National Park with amazing scenery, abundant walks and leisure activities. Sorry but strictly no pets.
