This is a 600 square ft, completely furnished, living space that is part of my shop. It is quite country living just 12 miles from Emporia. Amenities included: 1 bedroom with king bed, and dresser space. Two loveseat sofas in living room that fold out into single beds. Roku smart TV. WIFI. Completely stocked kitchen. Washer and dryer. Covered patio with gas grill, pellet smoker, and fire pit. Kayaks, paddle boat, fishing gear, corn hole boards, and a basketball goal. Stocked pond with dock.

This space is located in the lower level of a commercial office building that has recently been re-purposed as a guest friendly temp-stay unit with kitchenette. We host one booking at a time. ***** This is a beautiful and comfortable unit as long as you don’t mind about the stairs. This unit is at the second floor with a long stairway. Ideally not recommended for anybody with super heavy luggage. We do not have elevator. Please check on the pictures.
