Property is located at Clarklake a public lake and access for swimming/boating can be gained at the public access a few minutes away. This location is wonderful to take walks/ biking with a 7 mile trail around the lake.

Newer smoker/grill ready to be used for barbecue on expansive deck. Kayaks available for free to use. Smart TVs on each floor. Internet is available but is not always reliable due to our more rural location. Beautiful great lake with lots of fish to catch! Plenty of room on the dock for your boat, or rent my pontoon ($800/wk, $200/day) or enjoy complimentary use of the kayaks. My lake bottom is shallow hard sand, perfect for swimming for kids of all ages (also a large floating matt for your use). 2nd bedroom not 100% private. Best for kids or family

The property lake access is located over a 10ft easment just after the 1 story navy blue cottage and before the 2 story yellow cottage when you head 3 cottages to the left out of the front door.
