It is a safe place with surveillance cameras and alarm system. Upon arrival, it will be cleaned, but, a dog hair can be found here or there as a 120 lb German Shepherd lives here. The deck is enclosed, can open the windows for a breeze....or sit outside by a fire. The house is located in the country. Nightlife is stars/moon in the sky.

On a km walk to our small community, you will come upon the local brewery, Spit Rail, located on the waterfront. Our area has a golf course, Bridal Veil Falls, Misery Bay Provincial Park and the the sandy beach of Providence Bay are all a short drive away. The westerly setting sun views from the East Bluff can be breathtaking.
