Based in the heart of San Diego and one of the city's trendiest neighborhoods, our newly finished (in Summer 2022) ground level abode offers comfort, location, and style! We have a one bedroom/ one bathroom with separate living space. The beautiful La Cantina Doors open out to a freshly laid patio with comfortable Adirondack chairs and fire pit. Or, relax on the rooftop deck to enjoy those gorgeous San Diego sunsets! Our rental is also child friendly!

This house is divided into a duplex-like (front & back unit). Guests will have the whole front unit with private front entry, private gated back courtyard with patio furniture and a BBQ grill. 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room with an A/C wall unit, and 1 reserved parking space. The bedrooms only have fan installed, but we have one portable A/C unit as a back-up or required for one of the bedroom.
