Huset har 20 kvm grunnflate, men er effektivt utnyttet med hems, stor takhøyde og gode vindusflater. Terassen er sydvendt og solrik.

Cosy room centrally located on Nesoddtangen

Nice bedroom with a good double bed and private bathroom. The room is attached to our main house where we live, but with a separate entrance from a small garden. Very central at Nesoddtangen. A one bedroom studio with a simple kitchenette in the same room. Calm neighborhood and close to ferry and beach. Nesoddtangen is an idyllic peninsula just outside Oslo, 24 minutes by ferry from the Town Hall. When you arrive at Nesodden you can bus or walk to our place. Clean and functional, but no luxury.

Lun og solfylt toppleilighet med utsikt mot Akerselva og grøntområdet rundt. Rolig og naturnær med fine turmuligheter rett utenfor døren og bademuligheter i elv i nærheten. 9 minutter gange til buss 54 som går direkte ned til Oslo sentrum. Bussturen tar ca 25 minutter. Matbutikker, kafe og restaurant på Frysja som ligger 2 minutter unna. Gratis gjesteparkering i 2 døgn nedenfor leiligheten. Ideelt for studier, jobb og avslapning! Leiligheten passer for en til to personer som ønsker å være nær turterreng og skiløyper. Fint utgangspunkt for turer i naturen. Samtidig kun 30 minutter fra Oslo sentrum med museer og restauranter.
