Enjoy sunrise coffee, yoga or board games as mist lifts off the water, grill and dine outdoors while fall foliage reflects in the river, and cast a line directly from the deck. Hiking, white‑water rafting, wine tasting, blueberry farms and lavender fields are all nearby. You’re close to Fairmont State University and a short drive to WVU for game days.

You will be able to travel just about anywhere in Morgantown in 20 min. Enjoy the large deck with hot tub. Grill out and play some corn hole. Inside you will find a beautiful kitchen, fireplace, and fully tiled shower. Our shower has two shower heads set at different heights, a bench, and shower hose. Our three bedrooms should be able to accommodate 6-8 guests.

A large Lodge with 3 separate bunk rooms; like going back to camp as a kid ! Perfect for large families or groups looking for plenty of space. Included are a full kitchen, living space, 3 bunk rooms, and 2 large bathrooms with 3 showers and stalls in each. Located on a beautiful 120 acres campus. We have a lot of wildlife here including deer, foxes, coyote, 2 mountain lions, and an occasional bear. Be cautious if you go out after dark. Always have a flashlight. Don't go into any wooded area.

Plenty of indoor and outdoor living spaces for you to enjoy and entertain no matter what the weather! Large windows throughout the house give you a beautiful view of the river and rolling hills wherever you chose to relax.

Cabin at the Coal Camp

Located above the Monongahela River, it is a quick 9 miles to Morgantown or 15 miles to Fairmont. We are making our cabin available for weekends, near WVU. Brady Camp, as we affectionately call our cabin is located on 33 acres of property that was once the Town of Brady at the Edna Gas Coal Company mine. The property has been reclaimed through the West Virginia mine reclamation act. Large trees and a few trails, good for hiking. The cabin is newly built in the last 10 years.

It is a 5700 square foot French country home on 12.5 acres that is only 12 minutes to the interstate and approximately 15 minutes to the WVU Health Sciences Center campus and Football Stadium. The farm has chickens to watch as you enjoy the countryside. The farm is at the end of 1/2 mile of gravel road and beyond the farm is hundreds of acres of mountainside.
