Wendels Acre is a rural property, our house and grounds is an acre of garden & 4 acres of land, running sheep. The studio has sea views and it's own private garden. The location is close to Mapua Village, Rabbit Island, Motueka, Great taste cycle trail (Nelson to Kaiteriteri), Kaiteriteri Mountain bike park, & Abel Tasman National Park. We have enhanced the plantings to encourage native birds which is a quiet, relaxing & tranquil area. We are a retired couple looking forward to hosting you.

Experience country living with expansive views over the vineyard and valley. Open the dining room, lounge and bedroom doors wide open to enjoy an idyllic private setting. Enjoy the comforts of home by being able to drive into the garage with internal access, full kitchen, laundry, separate guest toilet, master bedroom with ensuite and walk-in wardrobe. We are situated about a 10 min drive to beginning of northern end of Abel Tasman Nat Park. Continental Breakfast which includes cereals, fresh fruit,bread,milk and spreads. We have two rooms available, both of which you will have to yourselves on booking. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and the other in the main area has a King size bed. Also separate laundry/toilet/shower area. Private entry and completely private to our upstairs dwelling. We are also a very quiet household so keep that in mind
