We are located in the South Hills of Eugene. Close to U of O with easy driving access to amenities. The garage guest house sits on 3 wooded acres w/ south views to Creswell and winter views of the Three Sisters to the east. Built in 2020, the studio features a large walk-in shower, full kitchen, and laundry amenities. Sleeps 6 (King, double sleeper sofa, and two twins) Parking for multiple cars if needed. Less than 3 miles from UO, 1 to Riverbend Hospital. Direct bus lines close by. Our guest space (about 300 square feet) sits cozy within our .3 acre garden yard. We’ve aimed to make it self sufficient - with fridge, hot plate, microwave with pizza oven, coffee making options, etc.-and we’re always happy to help if you need anything!

Enjoy this cute & cozy tiny home, equipped to make your vacation comfortable & convenient. Our house is located within walking distance to the U of O, Hayward Field & Matthew Knight Arena. Just a few minutes from either downtown Eugene or Springfield. We are also located close to Hendricks Park, a beautiful rhododendron & native plant garden. Supermarket, restaurants & easy access to I-5 all very close by. Spanish, French & English are spoken. All are welcome here!

Sunny Studio in the Friendly

Cozy up in this sunny studio located in the Friendly neighborhood. Snuggle up in the comfy queen bed by the gas fireplace. A wine fridge chills your food and beverages. A private full bathroom—separate from the studio—is accessible by a 40-foot lighted and partially covered walk to the garage. Enjoy the quiet back yard, patio, and garden. Restaurants, shopping, and parks are within a short walk. We welcome up to two well-behaved guest dogs with responsible owners.

Pool house with hot tub and extras (year round)

Bring the whole family or use it as a private get away. Bedroom has a bunk bed that sleeps up to 3 people. The queen bed by the hot tub and pool sleeps 2 (privacy curtains). There is 1 couch and 1 futon. In addition to the pool and kitchen, there is an indoor fire pit, ping pong and foos ball, outdoor deck, yard (games bocci and croquet). One room with toilet/sink and one with shower/dressing area. VCR/DVD on two TVs, internet on 3rd.
