This is a newly built located two blocks from historic Esplanade Avenue and 6 blocks from Jazz Fest. Located half way in between City Park and the French Quarter. Easy Street parking. Near cafes, restaurants and bus line. This is a guest house with private bedroom and bathroom, but NO kitchen. Microwave and mini fridge are provided. It is an old property with some uneven brick and gravel pathways. May not be suitable for those with limited mobility.
