The studio is blissfully quiet, set back from the cottage with its own entrance under a vine-covered pergola, with access to a large garden. Your host is happy to interact as much or as little as you like, and will gladly share the best experiences the area has to offer.

Situated in our a garden, in a village location, approx 15 mins from Canterbury & Dover, the Kent coast and close to the medieval Cinque Port of Sandwich. It's a few miles away from Margate and Broadstairs with their stunning beaches and a couple of minutes walk to the high street of Birchington with a vast range of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Stay and Swim is just a couple of minutes walk from the beach at Westbay and the indoor pool, with endless swim current, is available all year round. The property has a private garden with seating area and newly refurbished rooms with sky views. Rest assured Nick holds a Level 3 qualification in pool plant operation so we know to make sure the pool is always clean and healthy.

The flat is a lovely studio with a separate kitchen and bathroom. It has glorious views from all windows. It is perfectly placed minutes from the Old Town and for delightful beach walks. It is my home and I rent it out when I am away so others can enjoy the delightful calm of the views and the charms of Margate.
