Sokkelleilighet i rolige og familievennlige omgivelser. Det er egen inngang og gode parkerings muligheter for to biler. Vi eier huset og bor i etasjene over og er stort sett alltid tilgjengelige hvis det skulle være noe. Det er gode bussforbindelser til sentrum og nærmeste busstopp (ringbuss) er 150 meter. Lett tilgang til turstier i moldemarka. Mulighet for å ta med en firbent venn. Leiligheten skal ikke benyttes av andre enn de som leier. Står to ekstra 90 madrasser tilgjengelig på soverom.

Beautiful apartment in Molde with panoramic view

The apartment is beautiful and has the best view! It is central in Molde, on the west coast of Norway. It is 88 m2, and is suitable for 4 persons. Two can sleep in the Master bedroom, 1 in the guest bedroom & 1 on the sofa in the big livingroom. I also have 2 air mattresses if there is more than 4 people (max 8 adults+1 kid). Free parking outside and busses going. Possible to walk to the center of Molde with shopping streets, malls and restaurants with a nice view over the fjord and mountains.

Flott hytte med alle fasiliteter. Her ligger alt til rette for et fantastisk opphold. Kort vei til det meste, feks Trollstigen, Trollveggen, Atlanterhavsveien, Romsdalseggen, Molde. Eller bare sitte på verandaen å nyte utsikten og se cruisebåtene seile forbi. Hytten er et perfekt utgangspunkt for toppturer sommer som vinter i vakre Rauma med sine majestetisk fjell. Kort vei til flotte Skorgedalen med skitrekk oppkjørte løyper om vinteren. Bilvei helt frem og parkering på tomten.

It offers a perfect setting for relaxation and for taking in the stunning views, while also serving as an ideal base for sightseeing, hiking, swimming, or fishing in the fjord or nearby river. Leiligheten ligger i sokkeletasjen og har 3 soverom, bad, godt utstyrt kjøkken og vaskerom med vaskemaskin og tørketrommel som kan brukes uten ekstra kostnader. Største soverommet har en stor dobbeltseng, 2 andre soverom har enkel seng. Stua har sovesofa. Sengetøy, håndklær og vaskeartikler er inkludert i prisen. Det er gode gratis parkeringsmuligheter på stedet. Rabatt ved ukes opphold. God WIFI på stedet. NB! Ved allergi: det bor 2 katter og en hund på eiendommen.

Modern cabin w/ spectacular sea view / evening sun

Modern cabin with spectacular view of the fjord and sea. Sunshine (if lucky) until 10:30 pm in the summer. Big terrace with a gas grill for eating out. Distance to Molde centre 10-12 minutes by car. We have a small boat w/10 HP engine in the nearby Marina Saltrøa, around 5 minutes walk from the cabin, which can be used for free if the weather conditions are good enough. Just pay for the gasolin. Fishing gear at your disposal at the cabin.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area approx. 10 minute walk to the center of Molde and approx. 10 minute walk to Moldemarka with its many hiking opportunities throughout the year. Large and cozy wooden house by the Romsdalsfjord. The house is located in Brevika/Isfjorden, ten minutes drive from Åndalsnes centre. Great view to the fjord and the mountains in Romsdal! The house is 200 years old, newly renovated and modernized. All fascilities included. The house has access to the beach within short distance. The closest grocery store is 3 minutes drive.
