This 16' partial off-grid unit is wood stove heated (cut wood included), or guests can use a space heater. Comfortable full bed. Basic kitchenette amenities available: microwave, hot plate, tools, pans. No plumbing; sink and toilet are an eco- friendly Boxio system. Next to a forested park with trails. This one BR newly renovated cottage is in downtown, yet peaceful and private. Very well appointed, It overlooks the port, rail yard, and Cook Inlet. Steps away from bikes trails and within blocks of restaurants and city life, most downtown attractions are within walking distance. It is a few minutes walk to museums, convention centers, and the rail depot. Equipped with a king sized, cool memory foam mattress in the bedroom and fully equipped kitchen, this vintage cottage is like brand new!

The beautiful community of Hope is a two hour drive from Anchorage. Hope HUB offers summer and winter trails for hiking, biking and skiing. PILOTS: the runway is a 10 minute walk, tie down the saucer and ride our community beater bikes into town for food and music. The Hope HUB has great views of the surrounding mountains on both sides. Use our outdoor fire pit, stocked with wood. Meet Wally our resident walrus and enjoy a truly extraterrestrial experience.

Set up to be your home away from home and mountain retreat. 16 pair boot drier for ski/hiking gear, 86 inch theater TV in basement, gas fire pit on rear deck, second living area on main level. This is our personal getaway so we've outfitted it with everything we like to have to enjoy our home away from home at Alyeska.

All the comforts of home while visiting the city. Lots of extras in the kitchen and some breakfast items provided including bagels, waffles, eggs, and sometimes fruit. Backyard is fully fenced. Some games, toys, writing stuff & books. There are two bedrooms with three beds. The walk-in closet has 2 extra twin mattress you can set up on the floor. Home is located on a busy road.
