Everything is close by - bank, supermarket, stores, fresh vegetables, bakery, restaurants, beach, bars, churches and Police Station. Sauteurs is lively in the day and the last shop closes about 10:00 pm The bus stop is outside the building and you can catch a bus to Grenville, Victoria, Gouyave and St. Georges.

Access road may be a bit undulating in-part (100ft approximately) You are expected to hear music from a night club about 500m away on Saturday nights in some cases all night.
