The house is an old renovated traditional samian house located in a quiet neighborhood literaly at the center of Pythagorio just beside an 18th century castle and church. The port is only 50 meters away where restaurants, cafeterias and bars can be found all over. Airport is only 2 Km away. Wonderful beaches are accessible within walking distance.The house is ideal for families, couples as well as people who want to have holidays and work in the same time. Public transportation is regular daily.

Two little houses with a terrace overlooking the Aegean Sea and Samiopoula island. The main house accommodates 2 in a separate bedroom and one child up to 12 years old in the living room. It has a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower and a bidet. The smaller house accommodates three people in one space. It has a kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower. An impressive stone staircase leads to the waterfront. The complex is accessible only with a 4x4 Jeep. Closest village 20’ away.

Blue Garden is a brand new project in our mediterranean organic olive garden with private access to the beach. Here you can connect with nature and enjoy tranquility and privacy. The Houses were constructed in 2022 with high standards and comforts. Enjoy the sea view from inside the house and your private patio or relax at the beach that rests 50 metres from it. The Garden has mostly olive trees but you can also discover various other trees or vegetables. The project is stil in development.

With the market, restaurants, shops and beach about 2 minutes on foot, our house is an ideal solution for holidays, or business in the town. The house itself was renovated "to the ground" so it's like staying in a brand new place with anything you might need. Inside you will find a 40 inch Smart TV with Netflix access as well as Satellite TV on ASTRA satellite for all free to air European TV channels.
